Beginners YogaA beginners yoga class is specifically designed for people new to yoga.  We take time to  introduce you to the etiquette of yoga classes and take you slowly, with detailed guidance, into the basic yoga poses. The Yoga Style taught is Classic Hatha Yoga.

The class will help you to become more aware of your own body and alignment, and your help you find the best version of each pose for your individual body.  This helps you to build up your confidence and strength at your own pace, and ensures you practice safely and avoid easy mistakes or injury.

For maximum benefit, all our classes include Pranyama (breath work) and Meditation.
